Villa Nastia is a 9 bedroom modern and minimalist style villa, situated along the coastal road close to the capital of the island, Ibiza Town with its dazzling nightlife scene. A short distance from the nature reserve of Ses Salines and Cala Jondal, home to the world famous Blue Marlin Beach club. Also, the picturesque villages of San Augustin and San Jose are a short drive away with their many amenities.

Villa Nastia is a traditional finca which has been lovingly restored to the highest standards, retaining its authentic charm yet having been upgraded to offer guests all the modern day comforts you may require. Surrounded by its natural environment, the finca is full of traditional features, and each space benefits from its own private entrance. The large living areas, original high ceilings and beautifully decorated communal areas allow guests to find the perfect place to relax, reflect and unwind. All bathrooms and kitchens have been modernised using local materials and the living areas offer an opulent amount space allowing larger groups all the privacy they need. Please note that the 9th bedroom consists of a double sofa bed.

The property lies on an 8000m2 fully fenced plot with Mediterranean gardens. The luxurious private pool has a bespoke pool bar and is surrounded by numerous daybeds and parasols. There are several chill out areas around the pool as well as shaded al-fresco dining space for 18 people with a fully fitted outdoor kitchen with barbecue next to it. The newest addition to the villa exteriors is a jacuzzi bathtub from where you can truly enjoy the luxury of your surroundings.
