Villa Leya is a luxurious mansion over 1000m2 floor plan with 8 bedrooms with an infinity pool and terraces furnished with luxury outdoor furniture. The home is designed for fun with early attention on communal areas such as the bar area and new entertainment room with 75" TV. Modern design, built into a hill, overlooking Ibiza town and the southern coastline, a terraced landscaping provides outdoor entertainment opportunity.

An exceptional dining table which can seat 16 people and served by a brand new outdoor modular kitchen and BBQ with cool room consisting of fridge, freezer and ice machine. Each bedroom has its own character offering privacy with ensuite bathrooms and maximising the view. All bedrooms have luxury mattresses for the ultimate sleep experience and all are equipped with high-end entertainment solutions including 55" TV with full Sky TV packages and a playstation game console.
Unique inviting swimming pools, cascades and water features presenting an abundance of luxury spaces to relax, including sun terraces with daybeds, loungers and the lawn area with outdoor bar.
