The 3-bedroom villa features two floors on approx. 300 sqm of living space and 500 sqm of land including panoramic sea views over Porroig, Formentera and Salinas. The secured urbanization has 24/7 security guard and is only accessible to owners and their guests by a central entrance. The beautiful outdoor facilities provide space and privacy including a large swimming pool, outside bar and an external kitchen with a BBQ area as well as several dining terraces and chill-out lounges. The salt water pool can be heated and the upper floor offers a private jacuzzi to enjoy the panoramic views.
