Once the historic center of Massa, the hamlet of Annunziata is today one of the most characteristic villages of the municipality: a handful of houses, with typical vaulted roofs, about 200 meters above sea level, perched between the Aragonese Castle and the ancient Cathedral. A tangle of alleys and stairways connects the ancient houses of the village, almost all built between the 14th and 16th centuries.
In the center of the village, which is within walking distance, you will find a good restaurant where you can enjoy excellent local cuisine, while just 500 meters away there is a grocery shop.
