Villa Concia is an exclusive 700m2 property with 300 years of history. The Villa is set on 132.000m2 of private grounds and offers stunning views across the valley and rolling countryside. It is located a few mins drive to the stunning traditional town of San Mateu, which offers serval great local restaurants and a beautiful local church.

Villa Concia’s distinctive layout guarantees a truly exceptional holiday experience with charm and character behind every corner of this stunning country living. The main house with 10 bedrooms en suite and a guest house are set in gorgeous gardens with fruit groves around the massive 140m2 private pool the centre piece of the property. All suites are equipped with AC & central heating, TV, DVD, safe box and bathroom toiletries.

The Indoor & The Outdoor

The property offers endless indoor and outdoor areas including outdoor kitchen, al-fresco dining, function room/spaces, numerous terraces, sun beds and shaded chill out areas and outdoor bar.
