This luxury Villa situated in the Parcs de St Tropez and has some of the most incredible panoramic views in this area. Its position allows you to relax in the sun, swim in the pool/jacuzzi or walk the unspoiled coastline and swim in the sea. The Villa has ten bedrooms all with ensuite bath/shower rooms (with televisions, mini bar and private safe). At the heart of the house is the large lounge (140m2) with floor to ceiling windows to allow you to look out to sea and view the distinctive Pointe de la Rabiou.
There is a cocktail bar and a modern fireplace for your enjoyment. It is possible to customise lights to different colours and pattern sequence (particularly nice if you want to have a party). Also a direct access from the lounge to the pool and jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy the Southern aspect and views over the Mediterranean. Next to the lounge is a spacious Dining room (30m2) with access to the kitchen and outdoor terrace.
